Dress features cotton floral crochet type overlay fabric on bodice with shell and red ruffled trimming. Back has elastic and waist has removeable sash. Skirt is all cotton and has two layers. Top layer has geometric print with red ruffled trim and opening at the side and under layer has ombré coloring with fringe trim. Dress is fully lined and comes with fully lined bloomers.
